Quran Roman Urdu : 8. Surah Al-‘Anfāl : Aayat 46

Quran 8 : 46

AUR KAHA MANO ALLAH KA AUR USKE RASOOL KA, AUR BAHAM ZHAGDA NA NIKALA KARO KE BUZDIL (Alag alag hokar Kamzor) HO JAOGE AUR JATI RAHEGI TUMHARI (Quvat) BANDHI HAWA. AUR SABR SE KAM LETE RAHO BESHAK ALLAH SABR KARNEWALO KE SATH HAY.

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not quarrel with one another lest you should lose courage and your power depart. Be steadfast; surely Allah is with those who remain steadfast.

Tafseer Ibn Kathir (Rahmatullah):

Is Aayat me Allah Taala ne Dushmanon ke muqabale ke waqt maidaan e jung me saabit kadam rehne, or Sabr or Istikamat ka hukm diya ke NA-MARD, BUJDIL, or DARPOK na bano,

Allah ko yaad karo,
usey na bhulo,
us se fariyaad karo,
us se duaein karo,
Usi par bharosa rakho, usi se madad talab karo, yahi kamyaabi ki gadh he,

Is waqt bhi Allah or RasoolAllah (Salallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) ki Itaa’at ko hath se na jane do,

Wo jo farmaye baja’a lao,
jin se roke ruk jao,
Aapas me jhagde or ikhtilaaf na failao,
warna zaleel ho jaoge,

Buzdili jam jayegi,
Hawa ukhad jayegi,

Kuwwat or tezi jati rahegi,
Iqbaal or tarakki ruk jayegi,
Dekho, Sabr ka daaman na chhodo,

(Or Yakin rakho ki tum saabiron ke sath khud ALLAH hota he…)

Sahaba e kiraam (RadiAllahu Anhum) un Ehkaam me aise purey utarey ke unki Misaal saabika ummato me bhi nahi, baad walo ka to zikr hi kya he..

Yahi SHUJA’AT,
Yahi ITAA’AT E RASOOL (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam),
Yahi SABR or ISTIKLA’AL tha, Jiske Ba’is madad e RABBANI shamil e haal rahi,
Or bahot hi kam Muddat me, bawajud Ta’adaad or Asbaab ki kami ke Mashriq or Maghrib ko fateh kar liya, na sirf ye ki logo’n ke Mulko ke Malik bane, balki unke dilo ko bhi fateh kar ke ALLAH ki taraf laga diya,
Roomiyo, Faarsiyo Turko, Sakliyah, Barbariyo, Jaisho, Sudaaniyo, or Kibtiyo ko, Garz Duniya ke Goro – Kalo ko Magloob kar liya,

ALLAH ke Kalime ko buland kiya, Deen e Haq ko failaya, or Islami hukumat ko Duniya ke kone kone me jama’a diya, ALLAH unse khush rahe, or unhe bhi khush rakhe,

Khayaal to karo ki tees saal me Duniya ka Naqsha badal diya, Ta’arikh ka Warq palat diya,

ALLAH TAALA hamara bhi unhi ki Jama’at me Hashr kare
Wo KARIM or WAHHAB he…

Commentary:
Allah commands endurance upon meeting the enemy in battle and ordains patience while fighting them. Muslims are not allowed to run or shy away, or show cowardice in battle. They are commanded to remember Allah while in that condition and never neglect His remembrance. They should rather invoke Him for support, trust in Him and seek victory over their enemies from Him. They are required to obey Allah and His Messenger in such circumstances adhering to what He commanded them, and abstaining from what He forbade them. They are required to avoid disputing with each other, for this might lead to their defeat and failure,

(lest your strength departs), so that your strength, endurance and courage do not depart from you,

(and be patient. Surely, Allah is with the patients.)

In their courage, and obedience to Allah and His Messenger, the Companions reached a level never seen before by any nation or generation before them, or any nation that will ever come. Through the blessing of the Messenger and their obedience to what he commanded, the Companions were able to open the hearts, as well as, the various eastern and western parts of the world in a rather short time. This occurred even though they were few, compared to the armies of the various nations at that time. For example, the Romans, Persians, Turks, Slavs, Berbers, Ethiopians, Sudanese tribes, the Copts and the rest of the Children of Adam. They defeated all of these nations, until Allah’s Word became the highest and His religion became dominant above all religions. The Islamic state spread over the eastern and western parts of the world in less than thirty years. May Allah grant them His pleasure, as well as, be pleased with them all, and may He gather us among them, for He is the Most Generous, and Giving.

Tafsir by Ibn Kathir (Rahimahullah).
